- Go back to Step 2 to verify partner names
Problem: "Expected 3 columns, got 2"
Solution:
- Ensure each row has: Name, Amount, Partner
- Check for missing data
- Verify you copied all columns
Problem: "Invalid amount" error
Solution:
- Remove currency symbols ($ £ PKR etc.)
- Remove commas from numbers (5,000 → 5000)
- Use only numbers and decimal point
- Check for text in amount column
Percentage Issues
Problem: "Percentages don't add up to 100%"
Solution:
- Add up all percentages manually
- Adjust until total = 100%
- Example: 50% + 30% + 20% = 100% ✓
Settlement Not Showing Zero
Problem: Partner ends with $0.01 or $0.02 instead of $0.00
Solution:
- This is normal! Rounding differences are common
- Anything under $0.05 is considered settled
- No action needed
Data Lost After Closing Browser
